EXERCISE: #Roll the beads inside your inner palms and fingers

A simple exercise allows you to press energy points of your fingers. roll the chain between your palms try to focus the tip of the fingers, gently rub them try to find the most pleasant areas.

 

 

EXERCISE: #Ring around the fingers

Start by making a loop/double loop with the mudra chain around the finger.

Roll the beads ring back and forth while spinning the ring at 360º reaching all areas on your finger, try to find the suitable amount of pressure to achieve a pleasant feeling.

Repeat the same exercise to all fingers on both hands.

 

 

EXERCISE: #Roll the chain between your palms

Starts by placing the beads part of the chain in a balanced position between your palms.

Press the upper hand against the lower in a way that will gently rub the muscles on the lower palm

To maximize the massage feeling try to soften the lower hand by laying it on a soft surface (for example use your leg or a towel/pillow on a table)

 

 

EXERCISE: #Roll the chain the outer side of your palms

 

Starts by placing the beads part of the chain in a balanced position on the upper side of your palms.

Press the upper hand against the lower in a way that will gently rub the muscles on the lower palm, unlike the inner side of your palms the outer side is less enjoyable so try not to put too much pressure avoiding any unpleasant touch.

To maximize the massage feeling try to soften the lower hand by laying it on a soft surface (for example, use your leg or a towel/pillow on a table)

 

 

EXERCISE: #Roll the chain on your wrists and arms

 

Starts by placing the beads part of the chain in a balanced position on your wrist.

Press the upper hand against the lower in a way that will gently rub the muscles on the wrist.

To maximize the massage feeling try to soften the lower hand by laying it on a soft surface (for example, use your leg or a towel/pillow on a table)

 

EXERCISE: #Pressing with the main bead on the inner side of your palms

Hold the main bead between your fingers and press on the palmar muscles.

Try to find the most pleasant areas by mapping your inner palms.

Find the required amount of pressure suitable for your hands.
